Education Supports

Primary Level Supports

Galway City Partnership works closely with local Primary Schools to support students to participate fully in the education system. Also Galway City Partnership works closely with the local School Completion Programmes in the city.

Second Level Supports

Galway City Partnership links with local Secondary Schools to support students to participate fully in the education system.  As part of this support we have developed a Study Skills Resource pack which supports students with study skills and exam preparation.

Supporting Youth NEET Engagement

Galway City Partnership provides direct support and services, through engagement with local agencies e.g. Galway Diocesan Youth Services, Local Youth Training Centre, GRETB and other relevant agencies, to Young people in Galway City Not in Education, Employment or Training.

Youth Advocacy

Our role is to provide support for young people in drafting an individualised ‘Career Path Plan’ and encouraging clients to access training, education or employment opportunities.

Adult and Further Education Supports

Galway City Partnership supports individuals to participate in Adult and Further Education. Galway City Partnership, in partnership with Galway Roscommon Education Training Board (GRETB), support individuals in local communities to return to education through adult education courses in local community setting.
