Accredited Course

HACCP Coarse

The Galway City Partnership hope to run a HACCP course, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, which will be free of charge to the unemployed. This course will provide the participants with the necessary knowledge and qualification to be aware of food hygiene, delivery, storage and processing and also food pest, waste and maintenance. It is necessary in order to work within the food industry, in shops, factories and deli’s, etc.

The course will take place over two days, i.e. Thursday 22/8/ 2019 and Friday 23/8 from 9.30am until 4pm approx. at the Westside Resource Centre.

It is a QQI Level 4 qualification.
