HACCP Course (Hygienically Handling Food)
HACCP/ COVID 19 Course starting in the next 3 to 4 weeks.
The COVID 19 adapted course (QQI Level 4) will include different information relating to the pandemic with regard to best practises in terms of hygiene and food preparation. There are two options for its delivery:
The course will be held over two days in a local venue from 9.30am until 4pm with all social distancing/ hand hygiene guidelines strictly adhered to;
The course will take place online with three 3 hour Zoom sessions plus a fourth session which will comprise of a 1 hour one to one Zoom meeting with the tutor to complete the exam.
The delivery method along with start date and venue will be finalised over the next couple of weeks.
