HFME is a six-week course designed to promote healthy eating habits through practical, hands-on learning.
Each session typically lasts between 2 to 2.5 hours and combines nutrition education with cooking demonstrations. Participants engage in group discussions, cookery sessions, and activities that focus on making affordable, nutritious meals.
The programme is tailored to be accessible and enjoyable, encouraging participants to apply what they learn in their daily lives.
